Small businesses do not lose money because they lack a dashboard. They lose it because a quote was never followed up, a job was never invoiced and a payment was never chased. We build CRMs that live on the phone and close those gaps.
Accounting software knows the money but not the field. Field software knows the job but not the money. The owner ends up holding both halves in their head and a notebook, and the gap between them is where the margin disappears.
A CRM that covers a job from first message to final payment — on a phone, in the owner’s own language — closes that gap without adding a back-office job nobody has time for.
One record per customer and per job, from the first enquiry to the money in the till.
An assistant that only half-understands how your team actually speaks is worse than no assistant. Local-language handling — dictation, receipt reading, the vocabulary of the trade — is something we build deliberately, not something bolted on at the end.
Our Turkish product is the proof: an owner talks to their phone, and the job report writes itself.
İşin Kolayı is our Turkish-language mobile CRM for small service businesses — jobs, quotes, collections and cash in one app, with a Turkish AI assistant. Taskflow, our task and workflow product, is built on the same foundation.
Visit İşin KolayıBoth routes exist. İşin Kolayı is a finished product you can subscribe to today in Turkish. For other markets, sectors or languages we build on the same foundation rather than from scratch.
The design target is that someone learns it on their phone in a few minutes. If a tool needs a training day, field staff will not use it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Our Turkish product deliberately does not — official invoicing goes through the tax authority’s own channel or your accountant. Requirements differ by country, so tell us your market and we will tell you what is realistic.
It depends on scope, and we would rather look at your workflow before quoting a number. Send a short description of how a job moves through your business and we will come back with an approach.
Send a short note about your operation and we’ll reply with how we’d approach it — no deck, no pitch call required first.
